In 2017 a portion of the event proceeds will benefit the Illinois Food Truck Owners Association, Pilsen's Saint Procopius Church food bank and soup kitchen, and Chicago Dia de los Ninos Scholarships.


If paying online the complete vendor application and signed contract plus any additional required City of Chicago paperwork (for food vendors) must also be mailed in to Optimum Events LLC PO BOX 4338 Oak Park IL 60304 or scanned and emailed to optimumeventschicago@gmail.com.
