Be sure to write the food truck or retail vendor name on the check and in the subject line indicate that the payment is for Pilsen FTS18. Food Trucks and Retail Vendors may apply to participate at the 2018 Pilsen Food Truck Social using the online forms below.  Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. Notification of acceptance will be sent via email by May 11th if application, all required supplemental materials,  and payment is received by the deadline. If application is not accepted, vendor will receive notification by May 11th via email and a full refund. Priority acceptance is given to Illinois Food Truck & Trailer Owner Association members and food trucks participating Friday, Saturday and Sunday - all 3 days.  Pilsen area restaurants, artists, and retail vendors please contact optimumeventschicago@gmail.com for discounted vendor rates.
